AGRIDEV provided agriculture training for Orchard Workers in
Arsal. It provided 5 courses (fertilization best practices,
identification of pests and diseases, pruning best
practices, installation of irrigation systems, installation
of greenhouses) for 120 participants
Each course was provided over 40 hours (theoretical and
practical) and tools were supplied to facilitate access to
the labor market
