AGRIDEV designed and implemented the plan of seedlings and organic matter distribution for vulnerable farmers across Lebanon. It started by farmers outreach to select the most vulnerable and assess their needs in the regions of North, South & Bekaa for both summer and winter season plantations. More than 1,000 farmers were assessed in 40 villages and 400 beneficiated from summer and or winter seedlings. AGRIDEV organized the distribution and monitored the planting and growth stage through field visits to each farmer
