AGRIDEV developed and implemented the assets management capacity building program for Chemonics. It started by collecting data and information on the different assets components and the actors involved. Then a gap analysis was conducted to assess the manuals, policies, procedures in place and IT systems. AGRIDEV developed and implemented an asset management improvement plan to define the optimum customized series of actions including training, guidelines, tip sheets, templates, resources, case studies, best practices for CSP and different actors
