Order of Malta Lebanon (OML) commissioned AgriDev to provide technical assistance and project implementation services under “Addressing community driven socio-economic needs by developing local value chains (ASELA)” project. The scope included:
- Conducting 6 rapid value chains mapping/assessment across Lebanon
- Developing Processing lines (n=5), product recipes (n=12), design of local meals and nutritive value (n=30)
- Testing and documentation of 30 local meals
- Providing 45 training sessions to farmers and prepare necessary training materials
- Producing 6 technical booklets related to the selected value chains
- Develop 2 applications to support in marketing and outreach
