- Data Analysis & Selection Criteria: Providing technical input into survey data analysis and contributing to the development of farm selection criteria.
- Farm Visits & Needs Assessment: Conducting visits to shortlisted farms to confirm tree removal and planting requirements, identify equipment and training needs, assess agricultural asset rehabilitation (e.g., irrigation systems, greenhouses, farm roads), and gather farmer suggestions for potential cash-for-work projects.
- Training Recommendations: Analyzing assessment data to propose tailored training programs for low-skill workers to enhance employability and improve farm productivity.
- Bill of Quantities (BoQs): Preparing BoQs for trees, agricultural equipment, asset rehabilitation, and materials required for cash-for-work projects.
- Distribution & Planting Plan: Developing a distribution plan for purchased trees and providing guidance to ensure successful tree planting activities.
- Final Work-Plan Validation: Reviewing and validating the final project work-plan to ensure all key considerations for agricultural support and sustainability are addressed.
