FAO Lebanon office commissioned AgriDev to conduct needs assessment, identification and distribution of homestead kits across Lebanon. The scope included:
- Design the survey methodology and conduct vulnerability assessment to identify 1,400 beneficiaries (80% females, 20% males).
- Develop and conduct a qualitative survey with key informants.
- Conduct rapid assessments with feasibility studies, define criteria to prioritize production kits. Design and distribute the homestead kits to beneficiaries (80% women). Develop a curriculum and provide 55 training sessions on GAP, CSA, small business management, gender equality, women empowerment
- Conduct post-distribution survey to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the project
