The Council for Development & Reconstruction (CDR) in partnership with FAO commissioned AgriDev to perform TMPA to conduct independent verification of the national livestock vaccination campaign implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA). The firm’s role focused on ensuring that vaccination activities were executed in full compliance with established procedures and the approved implementation plan.
AgriDev developed and validated the verification questionnaire in close coordination with the MoA and carried out 5,200 field verification visits across Lebanon. These visits aimed to verify the accuracy of implementation, assess beneficiary satisfaction, and document field-level evidence of compliance. Findings were consolidated into analytical reports that presented results, highlighted challenges, and provided actionable recommendations to improve future vaccination campaigns and enhance overall program effectiveness.
