AgriDev was contracted (Nov 2021-Dec 2022) as a Third-Party Monitoring Agent (TPMA) to develop the implementation methodology and digital monitoring tools (KoboToolbox) to oversee and report on the distribution of in-kind vouchers for farmers support with FAO Lebanon.
The monitoring covered a representative sample of 7,500 beneficiaries out of a total of 27,000 across eight governorates.
As part of the assignment, AgriDev designed detailed validation and Post-Distribution Monitoring questionnaires (PDM), conducted 4,500 field verification visits to validate farmer-specific information, carried out 160 supplier monitoring visits to assess compliance with project standards and the proper voucher distribution and conducted 2,750 PDM visits to evaluate voucher utilization, effectiveness, and beneficiaries’ satisfaction.
